PRIVATE CARER APPLICATION FORM

We at Sage Care Agency, are looking for competent carers to take care of our clients in a professional and compassionate manner. It is often a demanding job as you will have to be available for most of the days or nights.

The ideal candidates will be patient and friendly with excellent communication skills. You should be able to follow instructions and perform a variety of tasks to help our clients.

CAREGIVERS RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Helping our clients with prescribed medication
  • Assisting our clients with ambulation and mobility around the house or outside (doctor’s appointments, walk, light exercises, etc.)
  • Assisting clients with personal care and hygiene
  • Companionship
  • Light meals
  • Light household duties (keeping our clients’ area clean).

PLEASE NOTE:

  • We will require a clear criminal record, this will be at the applicants cost.
  • We also require 2 most recent colour ID photos
  • Other requirements will be communicated once your application has been reviewed

REQUIREMENTS FOR REGISTRATION

  • To be dedicated and responsible
  • Excellent knowledge of First Aid (CPR) and emergency response
  • To have the relevant qualifications or experience in the position you are applying for
  • To have contactable references relevant to the position that you are applying for
  • To respect the values, rights and confidentiality of your employer and their family
  • To be in good health
  • To have no criminal record.
